Dr. Jamil Samih Al-Azzeh is a Professor of Computer Engineering at Al-Balqa Applied University with over 15 years of teaching and research experience. He earned his Ph.D. from Saint Petersburg State University and holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees with honors from Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers. His research focuses on digital signal and image processing, network optimization, embedded systems, and FPGA design, with 50+ indexed publications (h-index: 20). He has received multiple awards, including the Distinguished Researcher Award.
