Dr. Khawla Dhamen Nayef Alhamaideh

Khawla Dhamen Al-Hamideh is an associate professor of pharmacology in the Department of Medical Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Balqa Applied University, Jordan. She is interested in ethnopharmacology, phytomedicine, and herbal medicine. Her research focused on developing anti-cancer and anti-metabolic syndrome drugs from natural resources in addition to studying the toxicities of many medicinal plants. She received a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the Department of Pharmaceutical Science at the University of Jordan in 2016. Currently, she is working on a project to find natural resources to improve wound healing in patient .
