It is my pleasure to provide you with a quick introduction about myself. Through my knowledge, experience, and skills, I have obtained broad proficiency in university teaching skills, starting with the standard method in preparing the educational material and its learning plan, focusing on the level of knowledge, skill, and competence provided to the student and A mechanism for measuring and updating it, and benefiting from integrating modern learning methods and digital technologies into blended learning, education and e-learning. I am also particularly interested in following up on scientific and cognitive developments in- plant pathology field, especially those related to the use of modern technologies in research and experiments that help in the development of applied sciences and investing them in finding sustainable solutions in the agricultural sector, then transferring these methods and associated technology to serve the local community.
In addition, I received several opportunities for training in various administrative and leadership skills, such as strategic thinking and organizational development, as well as design thinking and program management, which depend on teamwork, relationship building, partnership, problem solving, decision-making, time and resource management, and quality of work, with a special focus on programs.
