My main research focuses on the identification of molecular, epigentic and metabolic markers for early diagnosis of diseases, treatment responses and resistance in different diseases including breast cancer, hyperlipidemia and drug?s toxicity in cell lines and animal models using gene expression analysis, flow cytometry, DNA methylation, and capillary electrophoresis followed by the correlation with patients survival towards future personalized treatment.
