My expertise includes gastroenterology, hepatic nutrition, and food safety, with numerous contributions to dietary assessment and public health research as well as other research

Research Intersets:
research focuses on probiotics and gut health, clinical nutrition in gastroenterology, and the impact of dietary patterns on chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease and obesity. She also studies micronutrient effects and public health nutrition in Jordanian communities.
