OverView
I graduated from Cardiff University / UK (PhD in mechanical Engineering, 1996) . I worked for Mutah University / Jordan (1996-2012) as instructor and researcher. I worked in Philadelphia Univ., Tafela Technical Univ. and Tabuk Univ. during my leaves from Mutah Univ.. In 2013, I transferred to Al-Balqa Applied University. My field of teaching and research is applied mechanics. Recently, mechanical design and composite material are the main subjects in my research areas. Now I am a full professor.
Research Intersets:
? Using computer in mechanical engineering design.
? Design of hydrostatics and hydrodynamics bearings (e.g. Foil bearings, Annular thrust bearings etc. as a support system of very high-speed rotors).
? Vibrations testing of high-speed rotors (e.g. Modal testing).
