OverView
I am Dr. Manal Othman Al-Samadi, a faculty member at Al-Balqa Applied University. I hold a PhD in Psychological and Educational Counseling from the University of Jordan with a very good grade in 2008. I also obtained a Master's degree in the same specialization in 1998 with a very good grade from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor's degree from the same university in Counseling and Mental Health in 1996.

Member of the Jordanian Psychological Association and the Women Against Violence Association

Assistant Dean for Psychological Counseling Affairs for the year 2004-2005

Assistant Dean for Training and Development for the year 2015-2016

Hosted by Jordanian TV and Arab satellite channels for several years

I have many participations and awareness lectures in various schools in the Kingdom

Volunteer to receive counseling cases from female college students

Providing psychological consultations to parents, students and faculty members.
I have many participations in local and Arab conferences. I have many scientific researches published in Scopus journals.
Research Intersets:
My research interests revolve around family and marital topics in addition to domestic violence, working women, self-esteem, psychological pressures. My interests also revolve around school counselors, thinking skills, marital bullying, in addition to women?s empowerment, cognitive distortions, and the psychological impact of the Covid-19 virus on the family.
