Dr. Rasras obtained the diploma degree in 1985 and PhD. in 2001 in the field of computer engineering. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Technology, Al-Balqa Applied University, his main research interests include image processing ,neural networks , signal processing , Pattern recognition, and AI.
