I was appointed at Al-Balqa Applied University on January 21, 2006, majoring in engineering sciences, food industries, with the rank of assistant professor, and in 2011 I was promoted to the rank of associate professor. I held many administrative positions, from department head to assistant dean to deputy dean and acting dean.

Prof Dr. Sati Yassin Ahmad Al-Dalaeen is a distinguished Full Professor at Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU), specializing in Engineering Sciences / Food Industries / Quality. He has a strong focus on food safety, functional foods, product development, and food microbiology. Professor Al-Dalaeen earned his Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences / Food Industries / Quality from Kharkov University of Food Technology and Trade in 2004. He progressed academically, becoming an Associate Professor in November 2011 and achieving Full Professorship in November 2023.
