Tareq Ghaleb AbuOrabi is an accomplished Associate Professor at Al-Balqa' Applied University, specializing in organizational behavior, human resource management, and the application of artificial intelligence in business practices. He earned his PhD in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University in 2012, focusing on leadership in higher education. His academic journey also includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Huron University, USA, and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Jordan.
With over two decades of teaching experience, Dr. AbuOrabi has instructed various undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Management Principles, Human Resources Management, Total Quality Management, and Organizational Theory and Behaviour. His research interests encompass job satisfaction, organizational commitment, change management, and the integration of AI in HR practices. He has published numerous articles in esteemed journals, contributing significantly to his field.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. AbuOrabi has practical business experience from his time managing retail and distribution operations in the USA. This blend of academic and practical expertise allows him to bring real-world insights into his teaching and research.
Dr. AbuOrabi is known for his dedication to advancing knowledge and his ability to work under pressure. He possesses excellent presentation and communication skills, a strong team spirit, and fluency in both English and Arabic.
