Tariq M. Younes was born in Irbid, Jordan, in 1974. He received the bachelor and Master Degrees in Biotechnical and medical apparatus and systems Engineering from Tver State Technical University (founded in 1920) in 1998, and Ph.D degree in Instrumentation and measurement from Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering(founded in 1930) in 2004. In 2004, he joined the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Technology Al Balqa Applied University, as a part time Lecturer, and in 2005 he became a full time lecturer at the same department. Since September 2007, he has been with the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at the same university , where he was an Assistant Professor, and he became an Associate Professor in 2012.
