Yousif Eltous received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Ia?i, Romania, in 1985. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Bucharest in 1988, specializing in power system protection, smart energy technologies, energy efficiency, and renewable energy systems. He is currently a Professor in the Electrical Power Engineering Department at Al-Balqa Applied University, where he is actively involved in teaching, research, and professional development.
He is an expert in power system protection, electrical installation design and practice, as well as renewable energy systems.
